Mr. Marvin Hsu has more than 30 years of public accounting and audit experience. He is personally responsible for IPO syndication, family office services, and international mergers and acquisitions. He has thirty years of extensive experience in the individual, tax shelter, partnership, corporation, and multi-state areas of taxation. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Hsu was with Goldfarb, Whitman & Cohen CPAs, where he participated in financial audits and performed litigation support services. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and community organizations, currently including Tzu-Chi Foundation and Shaolin Temple Foundation. He was also a one-day professor at California State University, Fullerton and served on the Board of Directors at Woodbury University in California. Mr. Hsu received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Soochow University in Taiwan and his Master of Business Administration from Woodbury University in California. He also attended classes at Harvard University and Stanford University for mergers and acquisitions and at the University of Oxford for private equities.

Mr. Chiang has over twenty-five years of combined experience in governmental accounting and public accounting. Before joining Hsu, Yao, Thuang & Chiang CPAs, LLP, he was with Reed & Kim in Los Angeles. He graduated from National Taiwan University and later obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
Mr. Yao has over thirty years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. He obtained his MBA degree from West Texas State University and his B.A. degree from Soochow University in Taiwan. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Yao has over twenty-five years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Thuang was with the Los Angeles office of Laventhol & Horwath, where he was a senior in the Audit Department. He later served as Controller for Patina International, Inc., a manufacturing firm. Mr. Thuang received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana and his Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. He has over twenty-five years of combined experience in public and private accounting. Mr. Thuang is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Wong has over ten years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Wei (Wayne) Hung, CPA, MSA, has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and taxation. He earned a bachelor's degree in Public Finance from National Chengchi University in Taiwan, a master's degree in International Financial Management from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom, and a master's degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. He previously spent seven years in KPMG Taiwan's Tax Department, specializing in international taxation, and is well versed in U.S. and Taiwan accounting and tax law. Wayne advises major corporate groups and publicly listed companies, with a focus on California tax planning and financial consulting.
Wayne has been invited to speak on tax matters for organizations including Google, the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), and the Hsinchu Science Park Association. He served as president of the Taiwanese American CPA Association for the 2025–2026 term and received the Emerging CPA Award from the U.S. Asia-Pacific Chinese community in 2025.
